Job Description

A well-established boutique safari lodge in Mpumalanga is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Stock Controller. The role involves managing inventory, ensuring efficient stock control, and supporting smooth lodge operations.

The ideal candidate will help maintain proper stock levels, assist with reporting, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records

  • Use stock control systems or inventory software to monitor stock

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

  • Support day-to-day lodge operations through effective stock management

  • Assist in reporting and reconciliations related to inventory

Candidate Requirements

  • Matric certificate required

  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Hospitality is an advantage

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in stock or inventory management, preferably in a lodge, hotel, or hospitality environment

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Knowledge of stock control systems or inventory software

  • Valid driver’s license advantageous
