Job Description
Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Purchase Order Clerk to manage the creation, monitoring, and reconciliation of requisitions and purchase orders. This role supports Head Office operations by ensuring accurate procurement processes, timely financial reporting, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Create requisitions and purchase orders in Coupa based on approved quotations and departmental approvals
Maintain and manage framework orders for multiple departments
Match approved invoices and delivery notes against purchase orders
Resolve queries related to requisitions and purchase orders promptly
Review open purchase orders weekly and follow up to avoid delays
Prepare month-end accruals and complete balance sheet reconciliations in line with deadlines
Assist with internal and external audit queries as needed
Support management with ad hoc projects and tasks
Keep a neat and organised work area in accordance with company standards
Candidate Requirements
Experience with purchase order management or procurement processes
Knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement systems is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Key Performance Objectives
Ensure requisitions and purchase orders are created accurately and on time
Maintain effective control over open purchase orders, ensuring no purchase order remains unresolved for more than 30 days
Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations with clear documentation and timely reporting
